I loved the location of the hotel - it was right in the heart of everything I wanted to see in the city. Being within walking distance of the theater district was a huge plus, as I was able to catch a show without any hassle. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the bathroom, despite being a bit dated, had a cool built-in TV. The staff was friendly and even offered free ironing service. The breakfast was crowded but tasty. a great experience.
There was one downside - the spa facilities were a bit underwhelming. The relax room was lacking, and the pool felt more like a large bath.

We got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had amazing amenities in the bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Times Square and other attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived.
Breakfast offerings could be improved, but overall, a fantastic experience.

As someone who likes to take off early, I really appreciated the location of the hotel right next to Times Square. Despite the bustling surroundings, the hotel managed to maintain a nice quiet atmosphere. The interior of The Chatwal was beautiful and added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel special throughout my stay. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, and the restaurant provided excellent service and delicious food. I would definitely choose to stay at The Chatwal again when visiting Manhattan.

The hotel had a vintage style, which we appreciated. We loved the complementary coffee and shuttle service to anywhere within 20 blocks. The key location, near famous landmarks, gave us easy walking access. We enjoyed having access to a spa and pool as well.
The location near a famous landmark made it hard to arrive by car. Our room was on the small side.

Great staff, convenient location, quiet room for good sleep. Clean and complementary amenities. Friendly and informative breakfast room lady. Helpful doorman. Comfortable beds and great rain shower. Nice room upgrade.

Luxury is the standard at this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the in-room breakfast was fresh and delicious and exceeded our expectations. the restaurant served excellent dishes, and the cocktails at the bar were amazing. the Spa & wellness center was impressive, and the massage was one of the best we have ever had. the exclusive amenities of this hotel made us feel like royalty, and we enjoyed the privacy of our own facilities, including the sauna and indoor swimming pool. However, it would be better if the lighting controls were simpler; the settings were somewhat complex and caused some minor irritation.
This hotel's location is perfect for a city break, close to many of the city's famous attractions and landmarks. Although it's a bit hectic because of the bustling location, it remained a peaceful retreat for our visit.
